Caring for Your Brahmaputra Cooler Copper Tank

Natural Beauty and Safety: The interior of this Copper vessel exhibits a naturally darker hue, which is the original, unpolished colour of pure Copper. We intentionally avoid using chemicals or polishes on surfaces that contact your drinking water to ensure safety and purity.

Initial Cleaning: Upon receiving your Copper vessel, rinse it well with warm water and a mild dish-soap intended for kitchen-ware. Avoid using hot water directly with your hands. After rinsing, dry the outside with a soft cloth and allow the inside to air dry. This vessel is not dishwasher safe. 

Usage Tips:

• Storage: Position the Copper tank in cool, dry place
• Caution: Designed exclusively for water; acidic substances like vinegar or wine may damage the lining & make them unfit for consumption 

Maintaining the Exterior: Copper naturally darkens and develops a Patina (a Blue-Green layer) when exposed to air, indicating its purity. This Patina acts as a protective layer. As this product has already been given an antique finish, we recommend cleaning the exterior surfaces also like the interior surfaces. Rinse the exterior part well with warm water and a mild dish-soap intended for kitchen-ware. Avoid using hot water directly with your hands. After rinsing, dry the outside with a soft cloth and allow the inside to air dry. This vessel is not dishwasher safe. 

Important: Kindly do not use hard / rough materials for cleaning the surfaces and rub gently to avoid scratching the surfaces.

Interior Care: Clean the inside with warm water and mild dish-soap only. Refrain from using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain the integrity of the Copper.
